Right to Return
Customers located in Europe have the statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a person nominated by the customer, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us by email within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, returned with the original packaging.
This statutory right does not affect any other rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions
Returned items should:
be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the intention to withdraw where the statutory withdrawal right applies;
be unused and in substantially the same condition as received;
include all accessories supplied with the order where applicable.
Customers remain responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods before they are returned.
Items Received Damaged or Defective
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon delivery, please contact us by email within a reasonable period after receiving the order.
Please include:
your order number;
a brief description of the issue; and
clear photographs showing the condition of the item.
After reviewing the information provided, an appropriate resolution may be offered according to the circumstances, including either:
a replacement item; or
a full refund.
For items confirmed as damaged or defective on arrival, return of the damaged item is generally not required where clear photographic evidence has been provided.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not correspond with your order, please contact us promptly with photographs of the item received.
After review, we will provide further instructions and, where appropriate, arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the dispatch process.
Once an order has been dispatched from our Canadian dispatch location, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled in accordance with this Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
Delivery Delays
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and are generally delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Tracking updates are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout at key stages of transportation, including dispatch, carrier acceptance, local delivery progress and delivery completion.
If delivery exceeds the standard estimated transit period, we will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.
Following completion of that investigation, an appropriate resolution may be provided according to the circumstances, including either shipment of a replacement order or a full refund.
