Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Ontario, Canada.

During periods of increased order volume, processing may require additional time. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are transported using recognised international courier services, including priority services offered by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination, availability and operational requirements.

The selected carrier may vary between shipments.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking notifications may be issued at important stages of delivery, including:

Order dispatched
Shipment accepted by the carrier
Transit updates
Local delivery progress
Delivery completed

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information throughout the delivery process.

Extended Transit

If a shipment exceeds the standard estimated delivery period, we will open an investigation with the relevant carrier.

Following completion of the investigation, an appropriate resolution may be provided according to the circumstances, which may include either:

shipment of a replacement order; or
a full refund.

The available resolution will depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and the circumstances of the shipment.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information results in delivery delays, failed delivery or return of the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be dispatched again.

Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered because:

no recipient is available where required;
the delivery address is inaccurate or incomplete;
the parcel is refused; or
the parcel is not collected from the carrier when collection is required,

the carrier may return the parcel to our dispatch location.

Where applicable, any additional shipping charges required for re-dispatch are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs

Orders are dispatched from Canada.

Where import charges are applicable for the destination country, orders are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with applicable import duties and taxes included before delivery.

Where no import charges apply, no additional customs payment is required.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes can only be made before the order enters the dispatch process.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost Shipments

If tracking information indicates no movement for an extended period, or if the parcel appears to be lost during transportation, we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Any subsequent action will be determined after the carrier has completed its investigation.
